Here is a deliciously easy and healthy chocolate smoothie recipe                                                                                           Raw Chocolate Delight

Soak 1 small handfull of Goji berries in 1 litre of fresh, good water (for at least 1 hour or over night)

combine in blender with

2-3 ripe bananas (can be substituted with a ripe avocado)

3-4 table-spoons of raw organic cacao powder

1 table-spoon of extra virgin coconut oil (optional*)

raw unprocessed honey (optional*)

1 table-spoon of bee-pollen (optional*)

1 table-spoon of Mesquite or Maca powder (optional*)

(*the recipe is nice with or without these ingredients or just some of them :o)

Blend until smooth, Enjoy
